A Very Short Introduction. Jun 13, Elen rated it liked it. All-in-all a rather good book–even for the reader who’s read gafy few of Foucault’s books.
He cast it in the form of a novel in the hope that his urgent message of the ‘death of God’ and the rise of the superman Ubermensch would have greater emotional as well as intellectual impact. But, please God read the master, if you are interested in his ideas, so you can get his beautiful prose with the philosophy.
Gave a good overview without repetition.
